Having been diagnosed with Hypermobility whilst also suffering from a work-related  injury,  her own firsthand experience of chronic pain has evolved her teaching methods to focus more on rehabilitation work and ‘real life’ mental and physical health problems. She is qualified in CBT for Chronic Pain while working side by side with physiotherapists at Camden Physiotherapy and receiving mentoring from leading Hypermobility consultants and specialists.

I’ve had 2 back operations & nobody would have thought I would be able to do a marathon. Pilates with Mehret got me to a point where my core muscles were so strong I effectively had no pain at all when running and I have recently done my third marathon – Where is was trying to do a sub 3 hour marathon. The reformer classes have been really beneficial and have gone at a pace where I have been able to slowly learn the correct movements and get therefore get the maximum benefit. I look forward to the classes each week!
