Take part in our Plank Challenge to win AMAZING Prizes. All you have to do is holding plank as long as you can to join! At the end of the month, the winner of each category will win a GREAT Prize!
With your forearms holding you up on the floor, pull your belly into your spine and keep your body in a tight, table-top position. Then lift your knees off the ground. You goal is to hold the position as long as you can. Practice plank every day to get a strong core and to develop your upper body strength & stability.

If you want more flexibility, strength and balance, Pilates is a great option, designed initially to help people recover from injuries. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the competition you just upload your video holding your plank on:
31st of May. Winner to be announced at the beginning of June.
Open to all, who are able! You cannot join us unfortunately if you are Pregnant or have an injury/discomfort of any kind, you will need to clear it with your doctor 1st. If you are under 18yrs old, please read the rules with your parent and ask for their permission which will need to be verified.
There will be three categories with one winner per category:
First Prize: One week UNLIMITED membership for ALL classes (Reformer and Mat Classes)
Second Prize: Sports Massage (1hr)
Third Prize: 34 Pilates Poses Poster
