A dedicated fitness and wellbeing center close to Brixton, Hope Pilates is the perfect place to get the health kick you’re looking for, and to have fun in the process! You’ll get to try out our 40+ fitness classes running 7 days a week , which includes reinvigorating Pilates classes (both refreshing morning sessions and special beginner classes), tough but rewarding Hard Core abs classes, and a relaxing Stretch ‘n’ D-Stress class (see full list below). With the option of mixing and matching to create your own fitness itinerary, or sticking to the class you love, this is a fun way to feel in shape!
